Cancellation & Modification Policy At Sharavathi Adventure Camp

Any cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date will be 90% refunded
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the tariff.
You will not be refunded for cancellations within 7 days of the check-in date.

We allow one free modification to a booking as long as it is requested up to 14 days before the check-in date.
Once a reservation has been modified- such as postponed or preponed, no further changes or cancellations are possible.
A 10% fee will be charged for changes made to bookings between 48 hours and 14 days before check-in.
A fee of 50% of the tariff will be charged for modifications made within 24 to 48 hours before the check-in.
Please note: no changes to a booking can be made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in.
